BPL CENTRAL LIBRARY RETAIL TENANT

Proposals will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposers for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BPL Central Library Retail Tenant.

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

MANDATORY walkthrough at 9:00 A.M., (Boston Time) on Monday, September 8, 2025, at Copley Branch of the Boston Public Library, 700 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116. Please come in through the Boylston Street Building entrance and sign in at the security desk where the Project Manager will meet with you. Please RSVP by Friday, September 5, 2025, before 2:00 P.M., (Boston Time) to business@bpl.org.

Proposals shall be submitted before 2:00 P.M., (Boston time) on Friday, October 10, 2025, and opened and evaluated accordingly.

SPECIFICATIONS will be available on or about 9:00 A.M., (Boston time) on Monday, August 25, 2025.
