With a professional background in youth development, nonprofit leadership, and organizational strategy, Rebeca is passionate about equipping individuals with the tools they need to achieve financial stability and career success.
As a bilingual coach who speaks English and Spanish, Rebeca provides personalized support in budgeting, debt management, and financial literacy, helping clients build confidence and take control of their finances. Additionally, she offers career readiness services, including resume and cover letter reviews, mock interviews, and job lead connections, ensuring clients are prepared to pursue meaningful opportunities.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Rebeca holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and, when not coaching, enjoys exploring the outdoors with their dog. Driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to financial knowledge and career resources, Rebeca is proud to support clients on their journey toward economic empowerment.
