Employers in Massachusetts have the responsibility to ensure that all workers are paid according to the law, to provide sick leave, ensure that workers under 18 have protections, and more.  In this one-hour webinar, the Massachusetts Attorney General's Fair Labor Division will give an overview of employers' responsibilities and how to ensure you are in compliance with wage and hour and the other workplace laws they enforce. The Office of Labor Compliance and Worker Protections staff will also review Boston-specific regulations like the Living Wage Ordinance and the Boston Resident Jobs Policy. This event will be held on Zoom.
