Message and order a supplemental appropriation order for the Boston Public Schools for FY25 in the amount of Thirty-Three Million Two Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Six Dollars ($33,262,466.00) to cover the impact of FY25 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreement between the Boston School Committee and the Boston Teachers Union. The term of the contract is September 1, 2024 - August 30, 2027. The major provisions of the contract include general wage increases of 2.5%, 2%, and 2% in September of 2024, 2025, and 2026. The Paraprofessionals and ABAs will also receive market rate adjustments.
