    11:05-11:10:    Welcome Literacy Task Force intern, Riley Olowu!

    11:10-11:40:    Review of workplan and our first tasks to be completed with support of LTF members and intern. Specifically, we will discuss:

    • Social media campaign
    • Public campaign
    • Researching other states and similar initiatives
    • The LTF web presence
    • Survey finalization
      • Outcome: Information sharing and discussion

    11:40-11:50:    Getting to a literacy rate – data review

      • Outcome: Connect with City of Boston data team to discuss approach to analyzing current data sources

    11:50-11:55:    Final discussion

    11:55-12:00:   Next steps, schedule next meeting, and wrap-up
