In-person help with applications for the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program is available on Wednesdays, drop-in 9 a.m. -5 p.m.  Room 721, 7th floor.

For residents, who are interested and eligible to receive a discount voucher through the Boston E-Bikes Incentive Program, towards the purchase of a personal e-bike, we are offering in-person help to submit online applications. Drop in between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

We can help you with submitting your online application, scanning documents, and answering any clarifying questions about the program. Please note that you must have a working email that you know a password to and can access during your visit.
