Request for Proposals: Family Caregiver Program: Boston Hosts Sites
We are seeking a partner(s) to serve as host sites for Boston’s Family Caregiver Support Programs. The Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP) is funded through Title III of the Older Americans Act (OAA) and works to provide support and resources for caregivers who are caring for someone over the age of 60, or grandparents raising grandchildren. The program addresses supporting and improving outcomes for caregivers through providing individual counseling, support groups, caregiver training, respite care, and supplemental services.
About
Organizations that submit a proposal in response to this RFP should have experience providing family caregiver services to diverse older adults, and have the capacity and infrastructure to implement the Family Caregiver Support Program and/or the Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Program in Boston in its entirety beginning on October 1, 2024.
