  3. Career Center Charter Decision (20 minutes)

    Vote: To award four-year career center operator charters to ABCD and JVS contingent upon budget negotiations and final approval at the April meeting of the PIC Council/ MassHire Boston Workforce Board, as recommended by the Workforce Development Committee.

  4. WIOA Youth Funding (10 minutes)

    Vote: To reallocate approximately $700,000 in unspent WIOA Youth funds through a Request for Proposals (RFP) process to identify organizations willing and able to provide services such as housing assistance, behavioral health, childcare and other support for youth who are enrolled in WIOA-funded programs, as well as occupational training or bridge programs, as recommended by the Youth Council.
