Henderson Upper School & Russell School Boilers

Bids shall be on a form supplied by PFD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder. All bids for this project are subject to sections 26-27, 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled:  Henderson Upper School & Russell School Boilers

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications, boiler replacement and ADA upgrades in restrooms.

All filed sub-bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 2 Center Plaza, Suite 700 Boston, MA 02108, on or before 12:30 p.m. on January 3, 2024.

All general bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 2 Center Plaza, Suite 700 Boston, MA 02108, on or before 12:30 p.m. on January 17, 2024.

Plans and specifications will be available on or about December 11, 2023.  Plans and specifications are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov. 

Beginning November 28, 2023, the City of Boston Public Facilities Department will only be accepting bids at the following location: 2 Center Plaza, Suite 700 Boston, MA 02108.  If you are delivering the submission in person, place it in the PFD Bid Box on the 7th Floor of 2 Center Plaza.

Directions to the bid box: When getting off the elevators on the 7th floor, take a right and ring the bell next to the double glass doors in order to be let in. You can also call the PFD Bid Room at 617-635-4809, or the PFD Front Desk at 617-635-0412. Once inside the glass doors you’ll see the bid box on the table near the reception desk.
