Stephanie Sanchez Olaya is the Enrollment Platform Manager for the Office of Early Childhood. Stephanie brings experience from different sectors, including her role as a platform manager in the real estate industry, where she played a key role in supporting clients with the home ownership process.

Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from William James College and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Harvard University. Ever since moving to the Boston area, Stephanie has focused on empowering parents and caregivers to support their children's development, growth, and success. As a fearless advocate for children, Stephanie has worked tirelessly to address the root causes of inequality, collaborating with community organizations, schools, and policymakers to promote systemic change. She is deeply committed to social justice and believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, happy, and prosperous life, regardless of their background or circumstances.

Her aim is to create a world in which every child can reach their full potential, where families are supported, and where equity and inclusion are valued and celebrated.
