Irgisola was born in Albania and migrated to Boston at three months old. She was a BPS student who graduated from the John D. O'Bryant School of Math and Science. She went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Northeastern University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Science and Policy at Northeastern University as well. Irgisola began her career with 311 as a Northeastern Co-op in 2017 and then went on to serve as the department’s Operations Manager. 

As a lifelong resident, she loves her city and strives to improve constituent services for her community. In her downtime, she loves to travel and learn more about other communities and cultures.
