The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), 22 Drydock Avenue, Suite 304, Boston, MA 02210 hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby requests statements of qualifications (SOQ) for the above-entitled project.

Pursuant to M.G.L. c.149 A, section 8 the City of Boston, acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department, hereinafter referred to as Awarding Authority, hereby requests statements of qualifications to pre-qualify trade contractors. 

This project was advertised previously and submissions were opened on July 20, 2022. The Resilient Floors trade only received two submissions and is therefore being re-solicited in an effort to increase the number of submissions received for that trade. 

RFQ packets will be available on or about August 8, 2022 between the operational hours of 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. RFQ packets are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov

SOQ in response to this RFQ shall be signed under pains and penalties of perjury. SOQ must be received on or before August 25, 2022, (Noon) 12:00 p.m. at the PFD Bid Counter, Suite 304, 22 Drydock Avenue, Boston, MA, 02210.
