Real Property for Lease

The City of Boston (the “City”), acting by and through its City Auditor (the “Official”), hereby requests sealed proposals from interested and qualified owners (Proposer) of real property for the lease of approximately 12,000 square feet of usable office space, particularly set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP), from July 1, 2022 through. June 30, 2023.

All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the instructions contained in the RFP, which may be obtained by visiting the City’s Supplier Portal at http://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement/ on or after 9:00 A.M., Boston local time, on Monday, March 28, 2022.  To access details for this specific procurement event, or to respond through electronic format, please visit the City’s Supplier Portal and access Event Number EV00010344.

Requests for Proposals will be accepted until Thursday April 28, 2022 at 2:00 P.M., Boston local time.  The attention of all Proposers is directed to the provisions of the RFP and contract documents.

The term of the contract shall be for twelve months, with the option to renew for an additional twelve months, and have a start date of no later than July 1, 2022
