Congratulations Councilor Murphy!

During this week’s Council meeting, Erin Murphy was sworn in as the newest member of the Boston City Council.

Councilor Murphy took the oath of office as City Councilor At-Large before other incoming Councilors-Elect in order to fill the seat of Mayor Wu, who left her position with the Council last month to take her seat as Mayor.



After being sworn in, Councilor Murphy tweeted that she is “looking forward to the work ahead!”
