Parking System Upgrade

Boston is upgrading its parking enforcement and permitting systems. During the transition period from June 27 to June 30, brief service interruptions may occur as we migrate to the new platform. No late fees will be assessed during this outage.

Lease of usable office space

The City of Boston (“City”), acting by and through its Property Management Department and its Commissioner (the “Official”), invites sealed proposals from interested and qualified owners (Proposer) of real property for the lease of approximately 3,800 square feet of usable office space, particularly set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents.

Documents may be obtained from the City's purchasing website and Supplier Portal (http://www.cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00009763. 

The City’s RFP is directed to interested and qualified owners (Proposer) of real property for the lease approximately 3,800 square feet of usable office space from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2026.

All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the instructions contained in the RFP document. Requests for Proposals shall be filed no later than Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at 2:00PM.

Requests for Proposals shall be available on or about Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 10:00 AM until the proposal filing deadline.
