Demolition Delay application: The Mildred C. Hailey Apartments at Mildred Hailey Phase One Development, Jamaica Plain

This application is to demolish seven apartment buildings and one community center building within the Mildred C. Hailey Apartments at Mildred Hailey Phase One Development in Jamaica Plain.

Boston Landmarks Commission (BLC) received a complete application from Andrew Waxman with Centre Street Partners LLC to demolish seven apartment buildings and one community center building within the Mildred C. Hailey Apartments at Mildred Hailey Phase One Development between Centre Street and Heath Street, and between Bickford and Parker Streets and Southwest Corridor Park  in Jamaica Plain, 02130.

We post each complete Demo Delay application to provide the public with information about proposed demolitions as early as possible in the Article 85 process. BLC staff has 10 calendar days from receiving an application to make a determination about historical, architectural, cultural, or urban design significance.
