Partners with Non-profits Program

This program is designed to support non-profit agencies by making funds available to assist them in undertaking necessary rehabilitation or improvements to their facilities.

The City of Boston acting by the Mayor's Office of Housing, hereinafter referred to as the Mayor's Office of Housing (MOH), is seeking proposals for the Partners with Non-profits Program. This Program is designed to support non-profit agencies by making funds available to assist them in undertaking necessary rehabilitation or improvements to their facilities. Only Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) that operate public facilities are eligible. The Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the eligibility requirements, program components, and criteria for selection.

The RFP package will be available on March 22, 2021 and can be downloaded by registering on our RFP page. If you are unable to access, please contact the Development Officer. Due to the ongoing health precautions that the City has taken due to COVID-19, completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by April 20, 2021, no later than 4:00pm.

All NPOs that are selected for an award of funds must attend a mandatory virtual pre-construction meeting with their chosen contractor(s) in order to finalize the award. NPOs will be notified of the meeting date once all required documentation is reviewed and processed.
