    After convening in administrative session, the Board shall enter into Executive Session, pursuant to purpose 8, in order to consider or interview applicants for appointment by a preliminary screening committee because an open meeting will have a detrimental effect in obtaining qualified applicants.  The Board shall re-convene in Administrative Session in order to consider any remaining agenda items and then adjourn.
