HOME-ARP Plan - Minor Amendment #3

The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) has made a Minor Amendment to the Home Investment Partnership–American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Allocation Plan.

The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) has made a Minor Amendment to the Home Investment Partnership–American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Allocation Plan.  The HOME-ARP funds can be used to provide housing, shelter and services to the homeless and other vulnerable populations in Boston.

Amendment #3 increases Boston’s HOME-ARP grant award by $32,251 for a new total of $21.6 million.  Secondly, the amendment makes $1.3 million in budget adjustments by transferring funds from supportive services and administration and planning to the development of affordable rental housing.

Because the increased grant amount is less than $100,000 and the budget adjustments are less than 10% ($2.16 million) of the total grant amount of $21.6 million, a Substantial Amendment is not necessary.  MOH is providing notice to HUD and to the Public of these changes but will not provide a public comment period for this Amendment.

The HOME-ARP Plan and Amendments are posted here:
