The Boston Public Works Department (PWD) overnight removed 1,500 truck loads of snow from across Boston's neighborhoods. PWD crews have been working around the clock to remove what has been a historic amount of snow in the City of Boston. Since the first winter storm started at the end of January, the City has removed nearly 19,000 truckloads of snow. Boston is closing in on the most snow for a season in recorded history (107 inches).
