Affordable Homeownership Opportunities in Dorchester: Norwell Street and Browning Avenue

There are four homes available to income-eligible first-time homebuyers in this lottery. The homes are priced from $300,000 to $475,000.

143 Norwell Street is a detached, 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom single-family home available for $300,000 to a household earning at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). 

This 3-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom single family home at 143 Norwell Street will be offered for $300,000 to a household earning at or below 80% of Area Median Income.

 


145 and 147 Norwell Street is two attached single-family homes built in the Philadelphia. Each home has 3-bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms; there are two floors in each home. Each home is available for $375,000 to a household earning at or below 100% of Area Median Income (AMI).

This newly constructed two-family home on Browning Street in Dorchester has a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Owner's Unit on two floors, and a 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom Renter's Unit. The home will be offered at $475,000 to a household earning at or below 100% of Area Median Income.

 

 

 


27-29 Browning Street is a two family home built in the style of a triple decker. The Owner's Unit has 3-bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and two floors of living space.
