Kynza Khimani is the Program Coordinator for the Case Management Training Program within the Education and Community Division of the Infectious Disease Bureau. She holds a Master of Science in Global Health and Population, specializing in Infectious Disease Epidemiology, from the Harvard School of Public Health. Before joining her current team, Ms. Khimani conducted research on the impact of depression on clinical outcomes among people living with HIV and undergoing antiretroviral therapy in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. With a strong background in evaluation and outcomes research at both local and global levels, she is committed to enhancing access to care for vulnerable populations. Ms. Khimani is especially passionate about advancing mental health outcomes for individuals affected by infectious diseases.
