The BERDO team will demonstrate how to request data from Eversource for BERDO reporting. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and to troubleshoot issues with utility data requests. The BERDO Team can also answer specific questions on requesting data from National Grid and Boston Water & Sewer.

Reporting for Boston's Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance (BERDO) has changed for 2022. In this webinar, those who are new to reporting can learn how to benchmark buildings in Energy Star Portfolio Manager (ESPM), and those who have used ESPM before can learn about the new process to submit that data for BERDO. 

The listening session will take place on Zoom on March 6, 2023, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. (EST).

Environment Department staff will provide an update on BERDO reporting compliance and introduce the key regulatory topics that will be covered in Phase 3 of the regulations development process. We will also welcome comments, questions, or feedback on any topics related to BERDO regulations and reporting as time allows. Please register for the meeting.

At this meeting, the BERDO team will provide an overview of the BERDO Review Board, including the requirements and responsibilities of future Review Board members. We will also devote time to answer questions from the public on any topics relating to the Review Board and the Review Board member nomination process that is currently open.

Description: Discover Boston's eventful history with our Urban Park Rangers as you stroll along the Boston Common and parts of the Freedom Trail exploring historical events, people, and communities that have shaped our city over the past 5 decades. Beginning Boston Tours vary in length from .5 miles up to 2 miles. Depending on the length, they can last from 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Starting location will be outside the VIC, with the ending location varying from tour-to-tour.  Restrooms and drinking water may or may not be available, come prepared with whatever you will need for the walk or hike.
