Two development teams will be sharing their proposals for the development of affordable homeownership housing at 174-176 Boylston Street. Following the presentations, community members will be invited to ask questions of the development teams, and to provide feedback on the proposals shared.

Hemlet Street Developer's Presentation

The Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) will host two pre-applicant information sessions following the release of the RFP. Interested applicants will be provided with the following:

-An overview of the application and development process;
-information on business planning support and favorable loans to strengthen and enhance business sustainability;
-basics of financing and financing options;
-opportunities for technical support and assistance and
-networking and team-building opportunities.
