Denise M. Jimenez, is a passionate mother and proud Afro-Latina hailing from the City of Boston. She is the driving force behind DeniJim Verbs and UVerb, an interpersonal flourishing brand dedicated to mental health and wellness. With a focus on serving individuals and communities at various health levels, Denise strives to create safe spaces for people of all backgrounds to prioritize their mental well-being through her wellness resources and events. Her journey into the world of wellness has a deep exploration of Neuroplasticity and holistic medicine. As a multidisciplinary wellness instructor, she wears many hats, serving individuals at different levels. Her primary goal is to provide a safe space for individuals to gain awareness, heal, and grow. Denise curates retreats and wellness workshops that emphasize self-compassion/love, trauma-informed practices, anxiety and stress management, and physical wellness. Her impressive list of qualifications includes being a NeuroPsychology student, works currently as a Behavioral Health Care Facilitator- Case Manager, is a Flexologist, 500 hr yoga instructor, Athletic Stretch Coach, MBSR and EFT certified, and trained in holistic nutrition. Denise's drive is a testament to the power of resilience, self-discovery, and the transformative nature of wellness and a ripple effect of positive change in the world.
