Mario Beauzile
Mario Beauzile currently serves as an Administrative Assistant for the Office of Police Accountability and Transparency (OPAT), where he plays a vital role in supporting the department's mission to enhance trust between the community and law enforcement through transparency, accountability, and meaningful public engagement. In this position, Mario contributes to the efficient operation of the office by providing administrative support, assisting with community outreach initiatives, and facilitating internal and external communications.
Mario brings a strong background in creative marketing and communications, which has proven instrumental in driving community engagement efforts throughout Boston and the greater Boston area. With a talent for storytelling and visual communication, he has helped shape messaging strategies and organize impactful community activations that foster civic participation and cultural celebration. His experience spans various projects where he has collaborated with local artists, nonprofits, and civic organizations to amplify community voices and promote social awareness.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Boston, Mario earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing. During his time at UMass Boston, he honed his ability to lead projects from concept to execution, developing skills in branding, digital strategy, and event coordination. These experiences laid the groundwork for his passion for public service and community-centered work.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mario is deeply involved in the arts and local culture. In his free time, he enjoys organizing community art shows that highlight emerging local talent, capturing everyday moments through photography, and staying active by playing basketball.
