  2. Uses the power and scale of the City of Boston's procurement, contract, licensing, and permitting processes to drive safe, equitable, and empowering labor standards for all Boston workers.
  3. Ensures a level playing field so that employers that pay their workers fairly, provide good quality jobs, and keep their workers safe and healthy have equal access to City contracts and resources.

OSHA 10-Hour Trainings in Construction

The City of Boston is offering FREE OSHA 10-hour Training to Boston Residents! The 10-hour OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) course in construction provides essential workplace safety training, covering key topics such as hazard identification, fall protection, electrical safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Designed for entry-level workers, it helps ensure compliance with OSHA standards and promotes a safer work environment in the construction industry. Each participant will receive the OSHA 10 card and a certificate to give to their employer. You must be a Boston resident to participate.

To comply with OSHA regulations, this course will be held over TWO days. You must attend both days to obtain the OSHA 10 card.
