Roua is the Direct Vision Fellow with the Office of Emerging Technology atthe City of Boston. Her work focuses on enhancing large vehicle safety by exploring market solutions that offer high direct vision and increased safety for all road users.

Currently, Roua is pursuing a Master of Urban Planning at Harvard University, where she delves into emergency response and zoning reform. She holds a degree in Urban Studies from Bennington College, during which she had the opportunity to intern with various non-profits, exploring creative place-making in New York City.

She’s thrilled to be working with the city on exciting projects that directly impact Boston’s residents. In her free time, she enjoys discovering new coffee spots around the city and exploring running routes.
