EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUP FOR WOMEN
We bring together women across all departments at the City of Boston:
Chardline Chanel-Faiteau
A lifelong resident of Boston, Chardline was first introduced to public service in 2006 when she became a Dorchester representative on Mayor Menino’s Youth Council. She previously worked as the Resource and Development Manager at Boston Centers for Youth & Families and currently works as the Digital Marketing Coordinator for the Department of Innovation and Technology.
In 2019, Chardline graduated with her Master of City of Planning at Boston University. Chardline also earned Graduate Certificates in Applied Sustainability and Urban Affairs. With an interest in sustainability and a focus on equitable distribution of resources for vulnerable communities in the city of Boston, it is Chardline’s hope that she can bring to light the effect of climate change on communities that are marginalized or ill-equipped to deal with the unintended consequences of climate change
When Chardline isn’t a public servant, she is managing her self-titled blog. Her blog curates fashion & beauty trends, engages her audience in her fitness and health journey, gives interactive updates on her travels around the globe, and promotes body-positive spaces.
