Courtney White
As the Director of Constituent Services for the Mayor's Office for Immigrant Advancement (MOIA), Courtney White manages the department's programming and initiatives aimed at promoting equitable access for Boston's immigrant residents.
Courtney has over nine years of experience working directly with immigrant and refugee populations in the United States and abroad. She joined MOIA in 2021 as the department's Constituent Services Manager. Previously, she served as program manager at the International Institute of New England where she was responsible for overseeing case management and family reunification services and connecting people to resources. She also worked in public health with the Global Initiative for Neuropsychiatric Genetics Education in Research, a capacity-building project aimed at supporting equity in global mental health research.
Courtney holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Wellesley College, a Masters in Migration Studies from Tel Aviv University, and a Master of Social Work from Boston University. She is proficient in Spanish and French.
