How to get emergency alerts

Last updated:

If you sign up to get alerts, we’ll let you know when there is an emergency in the City. You have a couple of options:

Step
1

Before you get started

If you don't sign up, you may still get alerts on your landline number if it's publicly listed through the City’s emergency notification system. Make sure to tell us if your contact information changes. We'll never share your information with other organizations.

Step
2

Sign up for alerts on our website

You can sign up on for emergency alerts on our homepage. Just enter your information and remember to check the terms and conditions box before you submit. You'll get a confirmation text or email once you submit the form.

For voice alerts, we call the phone number that you give us. We'll leave a message on your voicemail if you don't answer.
