Tyler Loewenstein is a Performance Analyst on the Citywide Analytics Team. As part of the Performance Management vertical, Tyler develops new products and implements strategies that encourage City leaders to reach for data when making decisions. He also works closely with data engineers to maintain and automate performance reporting mechanisms.

Prior to joining the City, Tyler worked in the private sector helping design and implement evaluations of energy efficiency programs. He also has experience working for The Lab @ DC and New York State.

Tyler graduated from American University with a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor's degree in Government. Outside of the office, he enjoys exploring Boston's culinary scene, walking around the Arnold Arboretum, and playing board games.
