Nikki Benoit is the Strategic Partnerships and Engagement Manager. In this role, she oversees the building and implementation of engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships and connect youth to programs and services. As a champion of youth, Nikki gets excited about inviting and supporting Boston’s community investing in our next generation.  

A strategic activator who thrives on gathering people around a shared mission, Nikki brings a passion for meaningful partnerships and making big ideas happen. Most recently, Nikki spent a year in Southeast Asia, working with an anti-human trafficking NGO, specifically focusing on community development: strengthening vulnerable communities through empowerment and education. More locally, the foundation of Nikki’s professional career has been building relationships and serving kids, teens, and families, having previously worked in Boston Children’s Hospital’s philanthropic arm and a local faith-based organization. 

In her spare time, Nikki enjoys cooking, reading, and laugh-filled adventures with friends.
