Change of occupancy to Brewery/Distillery/Winery, Bar and Restaurant with Live Entertainment and take-out, Local retail and outdoor patio. The proposed project entails a renovation of existing structures and the combination of buildings & lots of 202 & 204 West First Street and 304 C Street. The combination will create three stories of Bar/Restaurant with live entertainment and takeout, brewery/distillery/winery, local retail and outdoor patio space for standing & seating. No exterior additions included in this permit. This application is submitted in conjunction with ALT1615011 & ALT1655366 to combine lots and buildings. Additionally to transfer all alcohol license to location with 1 a.m. close time.
