Mayor Wu issued a heat emergency for the City of Boston beginning Monday, August 11, through Wednesday, August 13. Splash pads are open at various parks and playgrounds, and several City pools are open for swimming.

South Boston: 202 W First Street Abutters Meeting 5/28/2025

Combine Parcels: 060277001, 0602776010, 0602776001, & 6062777000. Change of occupancy to Brewery/Distillery/Winery, Bar and Restaurant with Live Entertainment and take-out, Local retail and outdoor patio. The proposed project entails a renovation of existing structures and the combination of buildings & lots of 202 & 204 West First Street and 304 C Street. The combination will create three stories of Bar/Restaurant with live entertainment and takeout, brewery/distillery/winery, local retail and outdoor patio space for standing & seating. No exterior additions included in this permit. This application is submitted in conjunction with ALT1615011 & ALT1655366 to combine lots and buildings. Additionally to transfer all alcohol license to location with 1 a.m. close time.
