Parks Fitness: Virtual HIIT Training with Jacqui
This class is a total body workout that will get your heart rate pumping and will include a warmup followed by blocks of body-weight exercises that target the upper body, lower body, core and cardio for a full body experience. We will end with a cool down and some stretching. Modifications will be offered, so all fitness levels are welcome!
