Parks Fitness: Virtual HIIT class with Jacqui
Participate in FREE virtual fitness classes offered by one of our certified instructors. Our classes are a partnership between the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission. The series is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
This class is a total body workout that will get your heart rate pumping and will include a warm up followed by blocks of body-weight exercises that target the upper body, lower body, core and cardio for a full body experience. We will end with a cool down and some stretching. The class is high intensity, but modifications will be offered for all fitness levels. We encourage you to join weekly to benchmark your fitness level and get stronger as the weeks progress.
