Electronic Waste Drop-off

Boston residents can bring electronic waste for recycling at this drop-off pop-up event!

Please note:
  • We only take waste from Boston residents. You will need to show proof of residency. 
  • Paper shredding is offered at this event. Residents can bring up to 10 Staple sized boxes for shredding. 
  • We reserve the right to reject any material that does not meet our regulations. 
  • We do not accept any waste from businesses.

 

Accepted materials:
  • Computers: desktops, towers, laptops, tablets, LCD flat panel monitors
  • Printers: inkjets, laserjets. copiers, and scanners 
  • Networking equipment: switches, routers, and servers
  • Batteries: UPS, laptop, cell phone
  • Audio and video equipment: VHS players, DVD players, stereos, speakers, headphones
  • Telephones: cell phones and landline phones
  • Other electronic accessories: keyboards, mouse devices, cables, and wires
