Project Goals

The proposed project will total fifteen (15) units and involve two (2) buildings with fifteen (15) affordable homeownership opportunities. The affordability mix will include eight (8) Middle-Income Sales and seven (7) Moderate-Income Sales. DND determined Moderate Income sales prices (up to 80% AMI) are $182,100 for a 1-bedroom unit and $217,000 for a 2-bedroom unit. Middle-Income sales prices (up to 100% AMI) are set as $243,200 for a 1-bedroom unit and $281,600,000 for a 2-bedroom unit.
