EMS Training at 201 Rivermoor

The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), 22 Drydock Avenue, Suite 304, Boston, MA 02210, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.

Bids shall be on a form supplied by PFD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder. All bids for this project are subject to sections 26-27, 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: EMS Training at 201 Rivermoor project.

This project has undergone the prequalification process for General Contractors and all pertinent      filed sub trades. All Filed Sub Bids and General Bids will only be accepted from Prequalified Filed Sub Bidders and General Bidders.

All filed sub-bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, at the PFD Bid Counter, 22 Drydock Avenue, Suite 304, Boston, MA 02210, before 12 p.m. twelve o'clock (noon) on March 16, 2022.

All general bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, at the PFD Bid Counter, 22 Drydock Avenue, Suite 304, Boston, MA 02210, before twelve o'clock (12 p.m.) on March 30, 2022. 

Plans and Specifications will be available on or about February 28, 2022 electronically by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov.
