White Stadium

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 7C, §§ 44-57, the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department (PFD), Bid Room located at 1010 Massachusetts Avenue Annex, hereafter referred to as Awarding Authority is requesting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the above-mentioned project.

The project will be performed under M.G.L. c.149, §§ 44A-44J.

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications, this project will include phased construction and renovation to the existing White Stadium. 

Application Package will be available beginning September 18, 2023 and may be obtained by requesting access via email to bid.info@boston.gov. 

All technical questions are to be submitted to PFD’s Bid Counter by email at bid.info@boston.gov on or before October 3, 2023, no later than 12 p.m.

Completed SOQ packages must be returned by October 4, 2023, no later than 12 p.m. to the Bid Room located at 1010 Massachusetts Ave., Annex, Boston, MA 02118.
