Generator Preventive Maintenance

BPHC is seeking requests for bids from qualified contractors for annual maintenance on all listed engines, change engine lubrication oil, oil filter and fuel filter annually. Check battery charging system and alternator, engine radiators and/or city water cooling system for leaks. Check jacket water heater, antifreeze, fuel, oil, and water leakage. Adjust and/or replace fan and governor belts, clean and refill bath type air cleaner.

Adjust and/or replace fan and governor belts, clean and refill bath type air cleaner. Remove all carbon and dust.

Conduct safety shutdown: check and run generator (except fire pumps, check voltage, frequency, instruments and adjust carburetor and governor belts.

Respond within two hours to any emergency calls as needed.

Technical assistance for building systems shutdowns, testing, maintenance, inspections, and facility upgrades.

Submit technician report to owner and advice on additional parts/labor required.
