FROZEN AND DRY FOOD STORAGE AND TRAILER DELIVERY SERVICE FOR FOOD & NUTRITION SERVICES AT BOSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS

The City of Boston, acting through the Boston Public Schools Food and Nutrition Department, 370 Columbia Rd, Boston, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: procurement.boston.gov.

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and to the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Frozen and Dry Food Storage and Trailer Delivery Service for Food & Nutrition Services at Boston Public Schools

Bids must be submitted before 2:00 P.M. Boston time on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, and opened forthwith. The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, September 28, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time.

Boston Public Schools seeks a qualified vendor to provide Frozen and Dry Food Storage and Trailer Delivery Services for Food & Nutrition Services at Boston Public Schools. Services shall include the continuous storage and ensure consistent product delivery of these goods at designated locations.
