CURLEY COMMUNITY CENTER PLUMBING UPGRADES

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Curley Community Center plumbing upgrades.

A site visit is scheduled for Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:00AM. All potential bidders will meet in the front lobby of the Curley Community Center located at 1663 Columbia Rd, Boston, MA 02127. Questions are due June 3, 2026, by 12:00PM.

Filed Sub-Bid for Plumbing must be submitted via mail or delivered to Boston City Hall, One City Hall Plaza, Room 811 before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, June 11, 2026, and opened forthwith.

General Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Thursday, June 18, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, May 18, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., Boston time.  Curley Community Center plumbing upgrades to include demolition of outdoor shower piping and the installation of new interceptors, backflow preventers and drainage systems, backwater valve and expansion joints. Replace epoxy flooring and upgrade mixing valves and floor drains as further outlined in the specifications.
