WATER TREATMENT SERVICES AT BOSTON CITY HALL PLAZA

The City of Boston, acting by the Property Management Department Name, 1 City Hall Plaza, Boston, MA 02201, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above.

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Water Maintenance Services at Boston City Hall Plaza.

Bids must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, April 7, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, March 16, 2026, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time. A Site Visit is scheduled for March 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at the 3rd floor of Boston City Hall lobby. Questions are due on March 31, 2026, by 12:00 P.M.

The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a contract with a primary Contractor to provide monitoring, maintenance, repairs, and Certified Pool Operation of two (2) interactive water features located on City Hall Plaza, including maintenance of all interactive play features and aquatic filtration and water treatment equipment.
