VENDING MACHINE SERVICES FOR BOSTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools Food and Nutrition Department, 370 Columbia Rd, Boston, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the project listed above. 

 

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Vending Machine Services for Boston Public Schools.

Bids must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, March 2nd, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, February 2nd, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time. 

Boston Public Schools is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive vending machine services. Services shall include the installation (if applicable), ongoing maintenance, and regular stocking of vending machines to ensure consistent availability of products at designated locations.
