CITYWIDE ENROLLMENT PLATFORM

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above.

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: RFP-Citywide Enrollment Platform.

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Friday, February 27, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, February 2, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time. 

The City of Boston seeks to provide parents and caregivers with a single point of entry to find and register in childcare, Boston Public Schools and summer programming across the City of Boston.
