LEASE FOR USABLE OFFICE OR RETAIL SPACES

The City is seeking proposals from qualified owners of real property for the lease of a total of approximately 5,500 square feet (sf) of fully accessible, finished office space, or open retail space to serve as temporary swing space for the Veronica B. Smith Senior Center during planned building renovations. PMD may evaluate proposals outside this range if the space sufficiently meets program needs and accessibility requirements.  

The Lease for Usable Office or Retail Spaces RFP will be available beginning December 1, 2025, and may be obtained by visiting the Supplier Portal at boston.gov/procurement: Event# EV00016752. Technical and price proposals should be submitted through the Supplier Portal. Submission instructions are further detailed in the RFP.

Any questions related to the content of the RFP should be submitted to pmdbidinfo@boston.gov by December 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Responses will be posted via addendum on the Supplier Portal no later than 48 hours prior to the proposal deadline and will be emailed to anyone who has requested email updates via pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. on January 8, 2026.
