FUNDRAISING, SPONSORSHIP, AND DONOR RELATIONS SERVICES FOR THE 2026 ROSE GARDEN PARTY

The City of Boston, acting by and through its Parks and Recreation Department and its Commissioner (the Official), invites proposals for the performance of the services generally described above and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents. 

Proposals will be solicited from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

  All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Fundraising, Sponsorship, and Donor Relations Services for the 2026 Rose Garden Party.

Proposals shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, December 9, 2025, and

opened forthwith.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, November 17, 2025 after

9:00 A.M., Boston time.
