CONSTRUCTION SITE PREPARATION WORK

The Boston Public Schools is seeking qualified vendors for the procurement of Boston Public Schools is planning to launch electric vehicle charging stations at its bus yard in Dorchester, and is seeking a vendor to Perform construction site preparation work (excavation, trenching, laying conduit, pulling electricity, pouring pads, providing clean fill); and Obtain all required permits and inspections. Further, the Vendor will need to Ensure school operations are not disturbed during construction; and perform all contracted work, including permitting, in a very tight timeframe (4-6 weeks) to accommodate school schedules.

The IFB will be available on the City’s supplier portal boston.gov/departments/procurement on or before Monday, 10/20/2025, after 12:00 P.M. EST.

Bids must be submitted before Friday, 11/21/2025 at 3:00 P.M. EST.

Bids for this procurement are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: CONSTRUCTION SITE PREPARATION WORK IFB
