PMD – MAINTENANCE OF CITY HALL PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM

The scope of work provides all materials, labor and equipment to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, configure and provide training on the City Hall analog public access system as further described in the specifications which will be available on or about October 27, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. through the City of Boston Supplier Portal at procurement.boston.gov Event ID EV00016666 or electronically by emailing pmdbidinfo@boston.gov.

A site visit is scheduled for November 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. All prospective bidders will meet in the 1st Floor South Elevator Lobby at Boston City Hall.

All General Bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority before 12:00 p.m. on November 20, 2025, at which time and place respective General Bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

General Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of amount bid. All interested bidders are directed to the bid specifications and plans for full information on any and all requirements applicable to this bid.
